We are seeking a highly skilled .Net Application Support Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of our applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net Core, C# and SQL DB skills, with excellent problem-solving skills and experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for someone with excellent written and oral communication skills, who can provide timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and providing proactive services to ensure the smooth operation of our applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving technical issues and providing timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients
  • Performing root cause analysis to identify the reasons for underlying issues
  • Monitoring all alerts related to applications and providing proactive services
  • Coordinating with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues
  • Documenting troubleshooting guides and FAQs
  • Recommending ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges

The role requires 15+ years of experience in .Net Core, Strong C# and SQL DB skills. Sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using excel is also required. Excellent problem-solving skills, DevOps: Azure DevOps, Source Control : GIT, Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Good to have knowledge of Angular. Knowledge/Experience on Capital Market domain is also desirable.
