Role Overview

As a key stakeholder in the customer onboarding process, you will have a profound impact on the initial customer experience. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the customer onboarding process to guarantee optimal utilization of our platform.
  • Manage internal and external relationships to ensure smooth account management and expansion opportunities.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process improvement and overall account health.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our platform, collaborating with clients to understand operational challenges and identify solutions that leverage our platform.
  • Provide timely support and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface client requests and translate feedback into actionable product requirements.

About You:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience managing complex customer implementations for enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of APIs, webhooks, database structures, and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems, define workflow/automation requirements, and create diagrams/workflows to enhance value.
