Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power BI visualization designer to create engaging and informative dashboards that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design principles, data storytelling, and Power BI customization.

This role involves designing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and customizing visualizations, themes, layouts, and interactions in Power BI.
  • Applying UI/UX best practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop effective visualization solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest visualization trends and Power BI features to continuously improve design standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives.
