Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Luxury Segment sales team at NoBroker. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Sales
    • IDentify potential clients interested in luxury properties and build a database of HNI clients.
    • Utilize various sources such as online platforms, referrals, networking events, partnerships, etc. to generate leads.
  • Market Intelligence & Industry Insights
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all luxury projects available in Bangalore, including their unique features, amenities, pricing, and target clientele.
    • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, financial closure, basic legal requirements, etc.
  • Reporting & Presentation
    • Comfortable using CRM systems, excel, Google Office and other tools & software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as Presales, BD, Marketing, CRM & legal as needed.
About the Role

The estimated salary for this role is ₹80,000 per month. This is a performance-based role that requires the candidate to be proactive and driven to achieve sales targets.
