The Technical Lead - Software Architecture will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of in-house application suites. This role demands deep technical expertise in Java, Node.js, Microservices, and Power BI, combined with strong project management and leadership skills.

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures using Java, Node.js, and Microservices.
  • Lead the development of native Android apps and Power BI dashboards.
  • Ensure architectural consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Guide technology selection and integration across systems.

Project Delivery & Execution
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Oversee development teams and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
  • Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices for efficient deployment.
  • Track KPIs, budgets, and timelines to ensure project success.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Manage external vendors and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and architecture decisions effectively.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and architectural standards.
  • Promote Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years in software development and architecture.
  • 7+ years in technical leadership/project management.
  • Experience with Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, Power BI, MySQL, Android, and Apache Tomcat.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
