Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing invoices.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with accounting software and tools.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior accounting staff to ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure timely payment and reconciliation.
  • Assist in audits, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as CPA or CMA, are a plus.
  • Experience with accounting software, including Tally Prime and ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

  • Taxi fare compensation may vary according to the distance covered which may range between ₹500 - ₹1500 per day depending on the city you live in and the taxi operators available there.
  • Average time taken to process tax returns varies greatly across countries.
  • Payroll advance or credit facility that can be used for emergency expenses ranging from ₹2,000 - ₹20,000 during the period prior to salary payment dates.
  • Deductions from Gross Salary would include various benefits like Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Income Tax etc.
  • Your salary will increase based upon performance after the probationary period ends.
