Job Description:

Expand your network and drive sales across luxury apartments, retail, and commercial projects in the MMR region. Develop strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to build a robust pipeline of leads.

  • Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals across site locations.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing goals aligned with project sales targets.
  • Review team performance regularly and drive target achievement through structured planning.
Key Activities:
  1. Sourcing potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects across Thane.
  2. Building and managing a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources.
  3. Tracking quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team.
  4. Coordinating with on-site Sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures.
  5. Building strong referral networks and partnerships with HNI wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers.
  6. Acting as a lead generator for the on-site sales team by driving qualified walk-ins and site visits.
  7. Identifying, approaching, and onboard new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai.
  8. Conducting CP onboarding sessions and share project briefings, commercials, and marketing collaterals.
  9. Strengthening relationships with IPCs and local brokers to ensure repeat site footfall and closures.
  10. Regularly engaging with the CP network through broker meets, events, site visits, and incentive programs.
  11. Tracking and evaluating CP performance, resolving partner queries, and driving continued engagement.
  12. Ensuring partners are well-informed on inventory, pricing, promotions, and project updates.
  13. Maintaining a live tracker of sourced clients and channel partners onboarded, along with conversion metrics.
  14. Sharing daily/weekly updates with the leadership team on sourcing pipeline, CP activity, and conversion ratios, and closures.
  15. Monitoring competition channel activity and sharing market insights.
  16. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and campaign inputs
  17. Ensuring real-time updates are shared with the CPs regarding pricing, inventory, and offers
