Job Title: Principal Engineer - Solar PV Design

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Principal Engineer to lead our solar PV design team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality designs and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and consistency across all disciplines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to resolve design-related issues and improve overall project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation and identify areas for improvement.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8-20 years of experience in solar PV design and development, with a focus on civil and structural engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and technical documentation on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes and regulations, including IEC and IEEE standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
