Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing homeowner relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of results
  • Conducting regular governance meets with homeowners to strengthen relationships and review progress
