Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Social Impact Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing projects that drive meaningful change in the social sector.

About the Role:

  • You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track quality delivery of project plans and collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Encourage innovative approaches and address operational challenges promptly to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress, foster community involvement, and maintain transparency in all project activities.

Develop Partnerships and Advocacy:

  • You will build relationships with stakeholders across private, government, academic, and NGO sectors to promote collaboration and advance shared interests.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, committees, and advocacy forums to drive impactful change.
  • Participate in advocacy efforts to amplify the voice of marginalized communities and promote inclusive development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Rural Management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of social and environmental concepts and methods.
  • At least one year of experience in program implementation in the social sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi languages, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
