Job Description

As a key member of our IT Demand Management organization, you will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives.

This role requires strong technical project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery. You will work closely with engineering, PMO, and other IT-related teams to identify project scope, timeline, budget, and success measures.

  • Develop detailed work plans for projects and support team members in creating formal Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide conflict resolution and issue escalation services as needed.
  • Manage and guide internal technical functional areas to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in technical project management.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledgeable on SaaS cloud systems, data and voice networking, and their installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of network technology: MPLS, TCP/IP, VLANs, and other Data Network technologies.
  • Experience using knowledge base tools like Kustomer, Zendesk, and ServiceNow.
