  • Visit classrooms regularly to assess teaching practices, classroom environment, and student engagement.
  • Collect qualitative and quantitative data from school visits using structured tools.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teachers to improve instructional strategies.
  • C Coordinate with school leaders to schedule classroom visits smoothly.
  • Document and report best practices and improvement areas observed across schools.
  • Develop and refine monitoring tools in collaboration with academic teams.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of all visits and interactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the academic lead or project manager.
  • Recommend teacher training needs based on field observations.

To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education and 5-8 years of experience in teacher training and curriculum development.

You should be fluent in English and local language (Marathi).
