Develop a compelling narrative to elevate our brand and digital presence across multiple channels. As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the external voice of our company through strategic storytelling, content creation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Voice and Identity: Define and maintain a consistent tone and visual identity that reflects our brand values and personality.
  • Narrative Development: Craft engaging stories from complex product and customer success experiences that resonate with our target audience.

Marketing Assets

  • Design and manage marketing collateral such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
  • Partner with customers to amplify their success stories and create shareable content.

Social Media and Digital Presence

  • Manage and grow our social media presence on various platforms (organic and paid).
  • Plan and execute targeted Ads and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.

Events and Showcases

  • Drive our brand presence at industry events, conferences, and partner showcases.
  • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.

Outreach and Campaigns

  • Leverage automation tools to run outreach and nurture workflows.
  • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
  • Align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.

Performance Measurement

  • Track the performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Tech marketing with a focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events.
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
