Senior Visualizer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Visualizer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into impactful visuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling. They will possess expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and have a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns, digital, print, and social media.
  • Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Stay up-to-date with new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain work freshness.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers as needed, sharing feedback and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have:

  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
