We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled team player to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Quality Assurance: Ensure software quality through thorough testing, automation, and collaboration with developers, product owners, and designers.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications to guarantee successful product releases.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback to drive product excellence.
  • CICD Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure that test environments are set up correctly for seamless deployment.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve overall quality.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Automated Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright is required.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies is essential.
  • Performance Testing: Experience in performance, load, and stress testing is necessary to ensure software reliability.
  • CICD Pipelines: Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines is required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 4-7 years relevant testing experience is required.
