Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

The role of a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing testing strategies, approaches, and plans to ensure complete test coverage. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and project management, to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that testing activities remain within agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.

You will also be responsible for managing proper execution on different types of testing, including functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc. Additionally, you will facilitate and participate in regular QA team meetings or triage calls, and participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups in Agile environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Software QA engineer, with strong communication skills and experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA / AzureDevops. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications is required. Experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices is highly desirable.
