Job Title: Model Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled model developer to support critical modeling initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in variable product modeling, specifically within the insurance or actuarial domain.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize models in variable product modeling systems (VPMS)
  • Collaborate with business analysts, actuaries, and developers to translate business rules into VPMS logic
  • Debug and test models to ensure accuracy and performance
  • Create and maintain documentation for developed models
  • Support deployment and version control of VPMS models in a production environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with VPMS modeling
  • Strong understanding of life insurance, annuities, or financial products
  • Ability to write, maintain, and debug VPMS scripts and business rules
  • Familiarity with integration of VPMS with other platforms or systems
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration
