Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Large Language Model (LLM) professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a key opportunity for a seasoned AI/ML engineer with 4–6 years of experience in developing, configuring, and fine-tuning LLMs and Small Language Models (SLMs).
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in open-source models and APIs, including GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, or similar models.
  • They should be proficient in Python and key libraries such as Transformers, LangChain, Pydantic, etc.
  • Experience with dataset creation, curation, and labeling for fine-tuning tasks is also essential.
  • Additionally, knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and similarity search is required.
  • Familiarity with model serving frameworks is highly desirable.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, configure, and deploy LLM-based solutions.
  2. Develop and fine-tune SLMs for specific enterprise verticals.
  3. Write efficient Python code for training pipelines, model orchestration, inference services, and dataset management.
  4. Build, clean, and label datasets for supervised fine-tuning and evaluation.
  5. Conduct experimentation and benchmarking across models to measure accuracy, latency, and cost-performance trade-offs.
  6. Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, embedding models, and vector database integrations.
  7. Evaluate and enhance the security, compliance, and scalability of deployed LLM solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on NLP and GenAI.
  • Hands-on expertise in LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, or similar open models.
  • Proficiency in Python and key libraries (Transformers, LangChain, Pydantic, etc.).
  • Experience with dataset creation, curation, and labeling for fine-tuning tasks.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and similarity search.
  • Familiarity with model serving frameworks.
  • Ability to optimize model inference for latency and cost efficiency.
