Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Social Compliance Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Degree in Law, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment is preferred for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will possess customer service orientation, be results-driven, and have strong business acumen.
  • This role requires effective operation in a multicultural environment with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in social compliance and CTPAT auditing is required, along with at least 200 verifiable social compliance audit days.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is an asset.
  • Knowledge of international and local labor standards, as well as human rights issues, is highly desirable.
  • Frequent travel within the domestic area and occasional overseas travel may be required for this position.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance and CTPAT auditing.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Results-driven and business-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is an asset.
  • Knowledge of international and local labor standards.
  • Human rights awareness.
