We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements, operational processes, and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Financial Statements: Conduct thorough audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy, integrity, and adherence to applicable standards.
  • Review Operational Processes: Review and audit operational processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct compliance audits to ensure that clients are meeting all relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Audit Experience: Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end auditing for UK clients.
  • Proficiency in Audit Software: Be proficient in using audit software such as CaseWare, Wolters Kluwer CCH Audit, MyWorkPapers, Inflo, and Thomson Reuters.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Standards: Have a deep understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks (IFRS, FRS, UK GAAP), and relevant regulations (e.g., Companies Act).
