Production Manager Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support smooth production processes.
  • Maintain oversight of production progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify products meet required standards.

  • Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to avoid production interruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-15 years of experience in the production industry.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs like Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Familiarity with production processes, including welding, assembly, and testing.
