We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to students as they navigate the complex process of studying abroad.

As a Student Counsellor, you will work closely with students to understand their academic and career aspirations, and help them identify suitable study options that match their interests and goals.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage students, including creating engaging content and presentations.
  • Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students, offering advice and guidance on study options, course selection, and university applications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and deliver training programs for students and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and blog articles.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as education, psychology, or international relations.
  • Proven experience in student counselling, either within an educational institution or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus.
