Financial Management Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants. The role will involve managing and overseeing the financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. Other duties include managing accounts receivable, liaising with external auditors, and maintaining accurate financial statements.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls. Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS, and MS Excel is also essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, and hospitality sector-specific regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS, and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
