About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team in Trivandrum. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
  • Implement and leverage microservices architecture principles to build distributed and modular systems.
  • Develop and document robust and efficient RESTful APIs for seamless inter-service communication.
  • Experience working with various databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a clean and maintainable codebase.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies and best practices.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and principles.
  • In-depth expertise in Spring Boot framework and its capabilities.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing microservices applications.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with various databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data access mechanisms.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (i.e., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
