We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot, Microservices, and API development.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Spring Boot Expertise :

- Utilize Spring Boot to create and manage backend services.

- Implement Spring Boot features such as dependency injection, transaction management, and security.

Microservices Architecture :

- Develop and maintain Microservices architecture to ensure modularity and scalability.

- Implement inter-service communication using RESTful APIs, gRPC, or messaging queues.

API Development :

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.

- Ensure APIs are secure, efficient, and well-documented.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to define, design, and ship new features.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.

Performance and Optimization :

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

Mentorship :

- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their technical growth.

- Conduct code reviews and share best practices with the team.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Propose and implement improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and its features.

- Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.

- Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Experience with databases such as SQL and NoSQL.

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
