We seek an experienced Senior Performance Marketer with 4-6 years of experience in leading and optimizing performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in B2B SaaS marketing.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Build and manage marketing programs, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Has handled significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search, display, and social media advertising.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
