Performance Marketer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketer with expertise in running successful paid campaigns, managing substantial advertising budgets, and driving measurable results across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid campaign strategies on Meta, Google, and e-commerce platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion data to inform strategy and enhance efficiency.
  • Insights & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing expenditures to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media and advertising trends to drive engagement.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content and amplify brand reach.
  • Brand Initiatives: Work closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Budget Expertise: Proven experience handling large annual advertising budgets.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce marketplace platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Creative Input: Basic knowledge of design tools for creative collaboration.
