This is an opportunity that allows you to work alongside experienced developers in the industry while maintaining your day job. You will report directly to a team lead with 10+ years of development experience who works on high-level projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Software Applications: Utilize Python to create efficient, scalable, and maintainable software applications.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Programming Principles: Create modular, reusable, and maintainable code using object-oriented programming principles.
  • Contribute to System Architecture and Design Discussions: Collaborate on system architecture and design discussions to ensure scalable solutions.
  • Implement and Optimize Data Structures and Algorithms: Enhance system performance by implementing and optimizing data structures and algorithms.
  • Work with Relational and/or NoSQL Databases: Ensure efficient queries and optimized storage for relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work with product, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
  • Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong Proficiency in Python Programming: Utilize Python to create efficient software applications.
  • Solid Understanding of OOP Concepts and Design Patterns: Apply object-oriented programming principles to create modular code.
  • Experience with System Design and Architectural Principles: Collaborate on system architecture and design discussions.
  • Strong Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms: Implement and optimize data structures and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Database Design, Optimization, and Query Writing (SQL/NoSQL): Ensure efficient queries and optimized storage for relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Best Practices, Git, and Agile Methodologies: Adhere to coding best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
