About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong development background and expertise in Agile & Scrum methodologies. Ideal candidate has software development experience, proficiency in programming languages and hands-on exposure to software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams for high-quality software projects.
  • Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversight of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring Agile best practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, demos.
  • Identification and mitigation of risks, management of dependencies, resolution of conflicts proactively.
  • Oversight of task breakdowns, sprint tracking, effort estimations, timelines.
  • Collaboration with developers and architects for technical design alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitoring of engineering progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile tools.
  • Integration of DevOps practices, testing strategies, release management.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience, at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master role, prior experience as software developer.
  • Strong command over at least one programming language or framework.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, development pipelines.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification mandatory.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, team leadership, problem-solving skills.
