The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for the company.
- Design and execute performance marketing strategies to meet key performance indicators.
- Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and return on ad spend.
- Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
Requirements
- Strong interest in digital marketing or 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
