About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our mobile-first platform. The ideal candidate will craft visually stunning and intuitive designs that prioritize usability and engagement.Responsibilities:
  • User Experience (UX)
  • Create user-centric workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for key features.
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Optimize the user journey for seamless and intuitive experiences.
  • User Interface (UI)
  • Create high-fidelity designs that reflect modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.
  • Ensure consistency across devices with responsive and adaptive designs.
  • Enhance engagement through interactive elements and well-thought-out animations.
  • Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.
  • Provide detailed design specifications and assets for smooth development handoff.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all aspects of the platform.
  • Design Systems
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system including reusable components, typography, and color schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Testing and Iteration
  • Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the platform's design.
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and enhance overall usability.
Qualifications and Skills:Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Expertise in prototyping and interaction tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.
  • Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development to bridge the gap between design and development.
