Job Role

We are seeking a Marketing Collaborations Specialist to drive brand awareness and user growth through partnerships with content creators and influencers.

  • Identify, shortlist, and onboard social media influencers across various platforms
  • Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers/creators
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and offerings
  • Coordinate with creative teams to provide briefs, assets, and campaign materials
  • Track influencer content performance, measure ROI, and optimize future partnerships
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies for long-term collaborations
  • Monitor social trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Identification and Onboarding: Identify and shortlist suitable influencers across various social media platforms. Negotiate collaborations and manage deliverables with influencers and their agencies.

Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote our brand and offerings. Coordinate with creative teams to provide creative assets and briefs.

Performance Tracking and Optimization: Track the performance of influencer content, measure return on investment (ROI), and optimize future partnerships based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of experience in marketing or social media
  • Strong understanding of social media ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing campaign performance metrics
  • Confidence in representing the brand in influencer-driven campaigns or social content

Desirable Skills:

  • Existing network of influencers or agency contacts
  • Experience with marketing tools/platforms
  • Creative flair for innovative campaigns and content ideas
