The Job

Our organization is seeking individuals who are enthusiastic and motivated to join our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. This role offers a strong foundation for a career in data engineering, analytics, and MarTech.

You will work with industry-leading marketing technology tools, manage large-scale customer data, and contribute to creating actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with CDP integration and MarTech tools used for customer engagement.
  • Gains hands-on experience with the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Applies SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Performs data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conducts data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develops dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Supports data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Collaborates with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools.
  • Awareness of cloud platforms is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective team player with collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
