Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive user stories and process flows for trade finance areas.
  • Lead cross-functional teams towards strategic objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with trade finance domain knowledge and associated products.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and mandatory changes are defined, developed, and executed effectively.
  • Streamline requirements by eliminating non-applicable elements and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Play a key role in managing scope creep.
  • Exposure to impact assessments and estimations.
  • Organize meetings with stakeholders to review user requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during defect reviews and triage meetings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Banking technology.
  • Understanding of data integration techniques.
  • Able to visualize data flow across systems.
  • Knowledge of global trade domains - LC/GTEs/TLs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business, interface, and formatting requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating user stories.
  • Able to support test teams in reviewing and executing test cases.
  • Prior experience working on large-scale initiatives.
  • Ability to assess priorities, identify risks, and suggest solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
