Job Description

The role of Aeronautical Engineering Faculty involves active engagement in teaching, research, academic administration, and infrastructure/resource development. Faculty members are expected to contribute meaningfully to the institution's academic excellence and the advancement of aviation education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and hands-on lab/practical training.
  • Guide student projects and academic development.
  • Develop and participate in funded research and academic publications.
  • Assist in curriculum enhancement and lab development.
  • Support institutional initiatives and events.

Eligibility & Desired Skills:

  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability in Aeronautical Engineering.
  • PhD preferred (mandatory for core engineering disciplines).
  • Valid B1.1 (Mechanical) or B2 (Avionics) license, or extensive DGCA module expertise.
  • Prior experience in CAR 147 Basic/Type Training organisations is highly desirable.
  • Instructors must hold a relevant degree/diploma with hands-on experience.
  • A librarian must have a degree in Library Science or equivalent, with digital proficiency.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A proven publication record and industry exposure will be a strong advantage.
