Assistant Professor
- Associate Professor
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME – B1.Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Library and Information Science

These are full-time, on-site positions involving active engagement in teaching, research, academic administration, and infrastructure/resource development. Faculty members are expected to contribute meaningfully to the institution's academic excellence and the advancement of aviation education.

Faculty:

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and hands-on lab/practical training.
- Guide student projects and academic development.
- Develop and participate in funded research and academic publications.
- Manage physical and digital library resources.
- Assist students and faculty in research access.
- Maintain cataloguing, database, and acquisition systems.
- Plan procurement of academic resources (books, journals, e-resources).

Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability in the relevant field.
- PhD preferred (mandatory for core engineering disciplines).
- For AME Faculty:
- 1 (Mechanical) or B2 (Avionics) license, or extensive DGCA module expertise.
- Prior experience in CAR 147 Basic/Type Training organisations is highly desirable.
- Instructors must hold a relevant degree/diploma with hands-on experience.
- A librarian must have a degree in Library Science or equivalent, with digital proficiency.
