Lead Developer - Application Specialist

This role involves leading a team to design, develop, and configure complex software applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM, Time Management, Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management is essential.
  • A strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations is necessary.
  • Experience working with SAP HCM modules and integrating them with other systems is also required.
Additional Information:
  • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
