Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key player in our creative department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality design assets for various mediums including social media, websites, podcasts, YouTube thumbnails, logos, branding assets, and more.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent research skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to apply intelligent and creative thinking to different projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that our digital creative products remain innovative and of high quality.

  • Conduct thorough research to identify design approaches
  • Create visually appealing podcast design assets, social media graphics, website banners, etc.
  • Utilize design principles to maximize effectiveness
  • Pose creative design concepts as opportunities arise
  • Edit and revise any design materials
  • Gather necessary information and materials to complete projects
  • Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Collaborate with the production team, producers, and project managers to complete projects
  • Demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for razor-sharp design
  • Design offline when required
  • Show appreciation for clean, simple, image-rich, usable interfaces
  • Stay up-to-date with digital innovations and competitors to broaden knowledge
  • Ensure all touchpoints align with the creative vision
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in an agency, design studio, or production company
  • Proficiency in software for Design
  • Expertise in Motion Design is an added advantage
  • Expertise in Content Production & Creation is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools/software
  • Strong portfolio including static, animated, and mobile work samples
  • Experience in the podcast production industry or digital marketing companies is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
