We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Head of Design and Engineering for our Vacuum Furnace department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative vacuum furnace solutions.

As a highly experienced professional in the field of vacuum equipment design and engineering, you will possess a deep understanding of heat treatment processes, thermal calculations, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will enable you to drive project success, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Design Engineering">
  • Advanced skills in 2D and 3D CAD software, preferably AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks">
  • Experience with finite element method (FEM) and thermo-mechanical simulations analysis">
  • Knowledge of numerical modeling in solid mechanics, thermal exchange calculation, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)">
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines">
