Job Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Data Architect to design and implement data pipelines using Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Snowflake data modeling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, and DBT scripting. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to envision and develop innovative ETL and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT
  • Develop and maintain complex ELT processes and data pipelines
  • Provide expert advice on Snowflake data modeling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, and DBT scripting
  • Troubleshoot production support issues and come up with solutions as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 13+ years of IT experience and 5+ years' experience in data integration, ETL/ELT development, and database design or data warehouse design
  • Deep understanding of Star and Snowflake dimensional modeling
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles
  • Working experience in Snowflake; use of Snow SQL CLI, schema modeling, performance tuning, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Snowflake data modeling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, and DBT scripting
  • Experience with writing complex SQL queries, especially dynamic SQL
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and verbal skills
