Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop, train and validate predictive and analytical models using machine learning techniques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing models that drive business growth through data-driven insights. They will collaborate with data engineers and business teams to define data requirements and success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Develop predictive and analytical models using machine learning algorithms.
  • Data Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines.
  • Model Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production using industry best practices.
  • Pipeline Automation: Automate data pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize model performance to meet business objectives.
  • Model Monitoring: Monitor model drift and performance degradation to ensure continuous improvement.
  • CICD Practices: Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices for machine learning workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Python Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python programming language including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • ML Ops Tools: Experience with ML Ops tools/frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker or Azure ML.
  • Data Engineering: Good understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL, data pipelines and APIs.
  • Containerization: Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, GCP or Azure for machine learning model deployment.
  • Statistics and Machine Learning: Strong background in statistics and machine learning algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field.

Experience: Experience in handling large-scale data pipelines and real-time model serving.

Skills: Problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
