Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our AI/ML engineering efforts. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge machine learning systems and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Develop robust machine learning systems using Python.
  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and end-to-end solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Implement end-to-end data science processes.
  • Manage and retrieve data from databases.
  • Develop RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks.
  • Diagnose and optimize code performance.
  • FOLLOW agile software development practices.
  • Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models focusing on LLMs and RAG.
Technical Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • Experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Solid experience with Python web frameworks for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG.
  • Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with containerization, cloud platforms, and MLOps principles.
  • Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket for software version control.
