Key Responsibilities:

  • Delinquent customer communication via phone calls to resolve payment issues.
  • Portfolio management across different loan types including personal, business, and auto loans.
  • Closure, settlement, or restructuring options aligned with internal policies.
  • Disciplined calling and tracking of promises to pay, callbacks, and payments.
  • Adherence to RBI and internal compliance standards in customer interactions and data handling.
  • Professional communication to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Call record maintenance, daily reports, and portfolio performance metrics update.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in collections or recoveries, preferably in PL, BL, or Auto loans.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling or collections call centers is mandatory.
  • DRA certification is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of recovery/settlement documentation and processes.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages (additional regional languages are beneficial).
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
