Job Description">

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Device Development Manager to spearhead the development of innovative Meter Dose Inhaler (MDI) dosage forms and injectable delivery devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading device workstreams, collaborating with manufacturers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of medical devices, CFD, and simulation tools. A degree in engineering, along with 12 years of experience in medical device characterization, is mandatory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with device manufacturers for selecting the right device and conducting design verification
  • Developing test methods, fixtures, and relevant testing
  • Conducting in-silico clinical simulations for patient safety, efficacy, and clinical outcomes
  • Providing commercial product support for MDI portfolio
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Basic knowledge in medical devices, CFD, and other simulation tools
  • Degree in engineering with approximately 12 years of experience in medical device characterization
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and troubleshoot delivery devices
