Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead our residential design projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning mid to high segment interior designs that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-design services, including demonstrating finishes and design options, to customers.
  • Utilize industry software to provide quotations to customers.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer design aesthetic expectations.
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences by adhering to company policies.
  • Collaborate with 3D Modelers to prepare and share 3D Designs and renders with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in residential designing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the modular industry.
  • Proficiency in Sketchup and Vray/Enscape.
  • A clear understanding of capturing client expectations from space.
  • Excellent client handling skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials and finishes.
  • Strong understanding of ergonomics and design principles.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role plays a crucial part in revenue collection, requiring you to oversee Junior Designers' and your own projects to ensure projected collections are achieved on time.
