Professional Growth Opportunity:

Our organization is seeking experienced Life and Wellness Coaches to join our network of independent contractors.

About the Role:

We provide a supportive environment where coaches can work with clients in a safe, non-judgmental space. This setting enables exploration, self-discovery, and growth for individuals facing common life challenges such as stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured coaching sessions via video or phone to support adults in achieving their goals.
  • Assist clients in building confidence and taking action to overcome obstacles related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain an updated calendar displaying availability and keep session notes organized.
  • Collaborate with our provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative support team for assistance when needed.
  • Provide culturally sensitive and empathetic care, adhering to our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.

Requirements:

  • Hold current credentials with a reputable global coaching organization.
  • A minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience is required.
  • Be adaptable in addressing various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing challenges.
  • Possess training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including but not limited to, NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Be comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Dedicated to delivering quality care and committed to ongoing growth through feedback from evidence-based measures.
  • Preferable characteristics include working independently while also appreciating team support and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
