At the forefront of innovation, we are seeking a visionary AI Strategist to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge AI-powered features.

About the Role

We aim to revolutionize the way work is found, managed, and delivered by harnessing the power of AI. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our development team and product leads to bring intelligent, scalable features to life.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Ranking: Develop and implement algorithms to automatically evaluate and rank freelancer proposals based on relevance, past performance, and profile match.
  • Personalization and Automation: Suggest freelancers or projects based on user activity, preferences, and historical data, while improving logic for future integration of summarization, AI-generated replies, and chat moderation.
  • AI Feature Architecture: Design and implement AI features as independent microservices with APIs consumable by our backend, leveraging technologies like FAISS, Pinecone, OpenAI, and HuggingFace models.
Requirements
  • Experience in AI/ML: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and key ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers).
  • Vector Similarity and Embeddings: Hands-on experience with vector similarity, embedding models, and ranking algorithms.
  • LLM APIs: Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
  • Deployment Experience: Experience deploying AI models or services in production (Docker, cloud, CI/CD).
  • Integration Experience: Experience working with or integrating into Laravel or other PHP-based backends (via API).
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and ability to lead AI product strategy.
