We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager- Human Resource to provide strategic and operational HR support for the assigned group of employees. This role involves partnering with the Business leaders and employees to drive employee engagement, performance and development.
The incumbent will play a critical role in attracting, retaining and developing top talent for the BU. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support in implementing and driving Human Resources strategies and processes for the BU which shall include Recruitment and Staffing, Oracle HRIS and Systems, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, HR Operations, Employee Communications, Employee Services and Employee Relations etc to support overall business objectives.
- Drive Talent management Ensure smooth running of HR process and programs Create and update the HRM reports Validate and work on various HR dashboards Release organizational announcement on new joiners.
