Physics Expertise Required for LLM Trainer Role

We are excited to invite PhD scholars with expertise in physics to participate in a prestigious project as Large Language Model (LLM) Trainers.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess:

  • a strong foundation in theoretical and experimental physics;
  • excellent knowledge of machine learning principles and their applications;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

The key project details include:

  • Flexible work arrangement: Opportunity to work remotely;
  • Flexible schedule: Average 4-5 hours of work per day;
  • Mandatory: Completion of the Versant Test (English language proficiency test) with a minimum C1 or C2 score;
  • Versant Test duration: 1 hour;

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:

  • native fluency in English and another Indian language;
  • a minimum of 5 years' residency in India;
  • the ability to follow directions, provide feedback, and comply with project conventions and rules in English;
  • a commitment to working a minimum of 4-5 hours per day (dependent on data volumes);
  • broad cultural literacy and media awareness across generations and demographics.
