Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Workday expert to join our team as an HRIS System Manager. This is a challenging role that requires hands-on expertise in configuring and maintaining core Workday modules.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience working with Workday across various modules, including HCM, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and Reporting. A strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, condition rules, and integrations is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday solutions, building advanced custom reports and dashboards, conducting regular audits to ensure system accuracy and data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Configure and maintain all core Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Time & Absence, and Reporting.
  • Bring deep hands-on expertise in Advanced Compensation, Workday Reporting (including calculated fields & dashboards), and Talent Management to drive enhanced functionality and strategic insights.
  • Manage enhancements, releases, and new feature rollouts using Agile methodology. Track work through JIRA, ensuring sprint goals and timelines are met.
  • Build advanced custom reports and dashboards for HR and leadership. Conduct regular audits to maintain system accuracy and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement scalable, efficient Workday solutions.
  • Stay current on Workday releases and trends. Identify opportunities for automation and improved system usability.

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience across all major modules (HCM, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Reporting).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, condition rules, and integrations.
  • Experience in Agile environments with proficiency in using JIRA for project and task management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
